Buttermilk Waffles

3 egg yolks, reserve whites 1 T sugar
1 2/3 c. buttermilk 1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt
3 T vegetable oil

Beat egg yolks well. Beat in buttermilk then add in flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in oil. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter.
